Ed read Agriculture at Wye College, London University. He was a grain trader in the South of England for 8 years before moving to Scotland over 30 years ago.
Ed has been a key driver in establishing OatCo, a collective marketing unit.

OatCo empowers growers by providing a single point of contact for negotiating with Quaker in the provision of quality oats for their Quaker Oats brand.
Through Ed's hard work OatCo has grown to become the single largest supplier of Milling Oats into Quaker.
